If the PCB is severely burnt or microcontroller chips are damaged, we might suggest replacing it with a brand-new original board, which we can install on the same day if in stock.

We charge a small diagnostic fee of ₹250 to cover travel expenses and troubleshooting time. However, if you proceed with our suggested repair solution, this diagnostic fee is completely waived, and you only pay for the service charge and the cost of replaced spare parts.

All genuine spare parts (such as Drain Motors, Inlet Valves, Main Motors, or Pressure Sensors) supplied and fitted by MS Electronics (MSE) come with a 90-day replacement warranty. In case the part fails within this period under normal usage conditions, we replace it free of charge.
